Our Story
Every Company has a Story, and as my visitor (and potential Client) I will like for you to take the time to learn Our Story regarding how Independent Contracting and Consultancy, LLC has come about. I began my Professional Journey as a North American Public School Educator working for The Chicago Public Schools System, in the State of Illinois. As such, I was able to Engage in a Multitude of Professional Development, and Educational/Professional Advancement Opportunities. I always dreamed of finding a way to Incorporate all of what I have learned, over the years, into one Streamlined Means of Supplying Support to Others, based upon my Academic, Personal, and Professional Knowledge and Experiences. Having Engaged in Ample Leadership Training, along with Learning how to Establish and Support Organizational Teams, Craft Sound & Results-Oriented Strategic Plans in an effort to Meet Organizational Needs, Effectively Identify, Resolve, and Pro-Actively Work Towards Organizational Improvements, and more, I pride myself on the Ability to not only Be a Contribution to an Organization, but I also pride myself on having the Ability to Build the Capacity of Others, in effort to help them Learn how to Lead and Grow, Professionally.
It is my Dream to Comprise a Team, at Independent Contracting and Consultancy, LLC, that will consist of an Array of Like-Minded Individuals. Individuals who have a Growth Mindset, and Positive Outlook regarding how to Approach Growing and Supporting Others in varying Job Fields. This Team will be Comprised of Individuals who are Well-Versed in their Respective Fields, and have, too, become Experts in their Field. These Experts will have the ability to also further Impart Knowledge, Wisdom, and "Know-How" upon others, others who happen to seek to become greater at what they do, some day!
